1. Status of the material

Informational only. All lessons, recordings, examples, prompts, workflows, templates, demonstrations, community discussions, downloads and related communications are supplied for general information, creative inspiration and entertainment.

Not accredited education. The material is not a school, university, vocational qualification, continuing-professional-development programme, regulated training service or recognised certification. Purchase or completion does not confer a degree, licence, professional status, competency finding or right to practise.

No instructor relationship. Access does not create a teacher-student, adviser-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership or professional relationship.

2. No professional advice

Excluded advice. Content is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, safety, employment, regulatory, intellectual-property, cybersecurity, marketing-compliance or other professional advice.

3. No results or earnings guarantee

No promised outcome. We do not promise or guarantee income, profit, sales, audience growth, views, engagement, virality, ranking, platform approval, employment, clients, commissions, productivity, skill, creative quality or any other result.

Variables. Results depend on factors outside our control, including ability, effort, judgement, market conditions, audience, budget, platform algorithms and policies, third-party tools, timing, law, competition and luck.

Examples and testimonials. Examples, demonstrations, metrics, case studies and testimonials illustrate individual situations and may be exceptional. They are not promises, forecasts or representations of typical results.

4. AI and third-party tools

Changing tools. Artificial-intelligence models, interfaces, pricing, terms, safety controls, output rights and platform rules change rapidly. A workflow shown at one time may later be unavailable, inaccurate, restricted or unsuitable.

Independent review. You must independently test prompts and outputs, fact-check information, inspect for artefacts and bias, confirm licences and privacy settings, and comply with each tool's current terms and applicable law.

Third-party decisions. We do not control whether a platform approves, removes, demonetises, limits, labels or penalises content or an account.

5. Intellectual property and publicity rights

Clearance responsibility. Creative techniques do not provide permission to use another person's work, trademark, name, likeness, voice, location, architecture, confidential information or personal data. You are responsible for permissions, releases and legal review.

AI output uncertainty. The availability, scope and ownership of rights in AI-assisted output can vary by jurisdiction and facts. Content does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or non-infringement.

6. Accuracy and completeness

No completeness promise. We use reasonable care but do not warrant that Content is complete, current, error-free, suitable for your purpose or consistent with all jurisdictions, platforms and software versions.

Updates. We may update, replace or withdraw Content but are not obliged to update every earlier statement, recording, example, link or download.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying material facts and current rules before relying on Content.

7. Assumption of risk

Decisions. You choose whether and how to use the Content and accept the risks of creative, business, technical and platform decisions. You are responsible for implementation, backups, security, disclosures, permissions, taxes, contracts and compliance.

Costs and losses. Do not incur expense, leave employment, make an investment or take another material decision solely because of the Content or a testimonial.

8. Warranty and liability

As is. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFORMATIONAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY OR RESULTS.

Limitation. The exclusions and liability cap in the Terms of Use and Sale apply. Nothing excludes Mandatory Rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Licence and sharing

Personal access. Access is personal. You may not record, copy, reproduce, share, resell, sublicense, teach from, publish, upload or use the Content to create a competing course, prompt library, template pack, membership or resource.

Internal notes. You may make reasonable private notes for your own use, but those notes may not reproduce substantial protected expression or be distributed.
